      Unbelievably talented team; Fantastic business model; Great Culture; Management takes care of their team with competitive salaries and great benefits.

      Initial focus for talent acquisition prioritized technical skills over everything else - which can be problematic long-term.

      You’re apart of key decision making and are able to run with ideas on your own.

      Even if you work really hard and are an asset to the team, it’s hard to be promoted.
