      Poor management. No coaching. When the manager no longer wants to work with you they get rid of you for minimal things.

      Pros

      Pros: Root is genuinely one of the most exciting places I've ever worked. The culture is incredible—truly collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on using technology to change a stale industry. The emphasis on data-driven decisions and innovation means you're always learning. Leadership is transparent, and they truly value their employees. If you want to make a real impact and not just be a cog in the machine, this is the place.
