      Work from home is nice

      Their unlimited PTO is the biggest joke around. They get you in the door with that promise and then you can’t take anything. As someone who has worked in the insurance industry for years, their procedures are a freaking joke. The only reason I’m still there is that I can’t quit u til I have another job. I keep hoping they will fire me, but apparently you can’t get fired. They do random audits and no one can pass them because they put too much emphasis on their process guides which are a huge joke. They also lied about the job in the interview to make sure you don’t really know what your job will be.

      Pros

      The company overall has potential but beware of certain departments, management is not the best.

      Cons

      Non people management. No accountability for the overload of work. You can forget work life balance. They will work you to death and then when they don’t need you anymore they will wait for a reason to let you go. No bonuses and low pay

      Pros

      it was good when they first started.

      Cons

      micro-management, favoritism, good ole' boys club. Their IPO was terrible. Stock was inflated then tanked. Has never recovered. Value is nearly nothing.
