Very Toxic culture, micro manging occurs very often.

Training is rushed. Systems are vast and un- streamlined which creates lots of work. Typical touch-points could be minimized however you will touch dozens of applications a day . You will be micro managed . Their system tracking is absolutely vital to your role however it will be wrong consistently which means you will need to track your own productivity to avoid accusations of being unproductive. Their departments are unorganized . They don’t track licenses as they state they will and you may be required to study and test on a whim because theirs licenses department manger was “let go” A pointless meeting every week . The only needed meeting will likely be the company wide meeting in which you discuss how far root is behind as a company . & after working for them it’s honestly obvious why . Claims are weeks behind & apd role is a cluster of liability and appraiser duties. Extremely stressful way too much for no reason .
