      Pros

      - Lovely coworkers - Free lunches - Great office location - Ability to WFH - Provided with a MacBook for work - Nice benefits package

      Cons

      - Training was all over the place - Their use of Zendesk gave me a headache. That's not the best platform to use when handling customer interactions and I wish companies would stop using it.

      I feel Root is a great place to grow in your career as a software developer. There's a wide range big experience but everything I've met has been quite sharp.

      Cons

      There been some more senior managers leaving post ipo which is somewhat worrisome
