Salary Benefits Career Advancement Culture Independence I come from a well known big box insurance everyone has heard of that really developed my skills. I personally love this company! Gone are the days of being Micro Managed to the point of sounding like a robot on your claims. Gone are the days of having to ask permission to do the simplest task or making decisions/having to wait on approval. The salary is good because Root expects you to use your expertise to make the best decision. Career Advancement - opportunities are posted everyday. If you want to experience another side to the business Managers are encouraging and they themselves have worked multiple fields and have unique perspectives. Support - Finding resources can sometimes be a treasure hunt however they have multiple avenues/resources of people to reach out to for help with processes or questions. I have yet to experience a manager or another department be unwilling or difficult when I needed help. I worked for a previous big box insurance for many years and in my short time with Root everyone has been so welcoming I feel like I've always worked for Root. The CULTURE cannot be understated. At Root we unbreak things. Welcome aboard!
