work from anywhere is great business option, pay decent considering you can work from home, 5 weeks vacation to start

Cons

Many perks have been slowly stripped away since covid came along, they are not a start up anymore with a lot of room for raises, growth and additional perks and benefits. no tuition reimbursement, health insurance is ok not the best
