      - Great benefits - Sharp teammates - Can be flexible depending on what team you're on (primarily based on the leader)

      - Bro club culture - Generally poor leadership (no clear sense of direction, also some leaders seem to lack competence) - Lack of diversity, which pushes more of the boys club culture - Still figuring out who they want to be...
