Remote work is much appreciated.

Cons

Google Sheets is used for entering important claim data that is not integrated into the claims dashboard; this is absolutely horrendous and archaic. Managers are clones. I see no changes being made and no independent thought being promoted. This place is stuck in start up mode without the tools to be ever be a major player. They use a lot of big words that result in so much less. Capturing .3% of the auto insurance market and not investing into internal systems is insane. You'll never grow like that.

- Comp+ - Most talented people I have ever worked with - Hard problems (fun!)

Cons

- Constant drama with executive team - Constant shifting of priorities - Unexplained, unplanned, ill-received staff changes.
