Didn’t let me do a application because I have dreads due to religious beliefs stay away from this racist company

Management is very racist. I did 10 years with the company and witnessed some of the worst discrimination and I blame myself for some of it, because I chose to say nothing about it. They kept you in fear of losing your job, while paying you a low salary. Never invited me to their functions, the only time I was able to go was when they needed help cleaning up. And the one time I was able to go I had to sit in the car with a racist all the way to the location. I did it just to get out the office. I know for a fact that they have been sued for discrimination cases and lost. I spent too much time with this company that stepped over me for years. After I told them that one of there managers was a problem for the company, they waited til he was beaten by a former employee who was fed up with the disrespect from his manager. The man was put in an ambulance having seizures on his way to the hospital. I warned them, but they didn't listen and had to deal with this situation. I was asked to leaving a month later with a severance. After witness what I saw, I could only say I told you so. However, leaving that company was the best thing of my life. I wish I never started with them. 10 years down the drain.
