Pros

Working as a CXT Rep here has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. A huge part of that is thanks to my CXT Manager, who truly sets the tone for the entire team. They lead with empathy, clarity, and genuine care for our growth — both personally and professionally. From day one, my manager made sure I felt supported and valued. They take time to listen, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate wins (big and small). I’ve learned so much about customer engagement, communication, and problem-solving under their guidance. What really stands out is how approachable and transparent they are. Even during high-volume periods, they stay calm and keep the team motivated. Their leadership creates a positive, collaborative atmosphere where everyone wants to do their best work. If you’re looking for a company where management truly cares about your development and well-being, this is the place to be. I feel lucky to be part of such a supportive team with an outstanding manager at the helm.

Pros

A typical day at RushOrderTees involves balancing multiple custom orders while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely communication with customers. The pace is fast, requiring strong attention to detail and teamwork across departments. I’ve learned a great deal about production workflows, customer service, and how to manage priorities in a deadline driven environment.

Cons

The hardest part of the job is managing last-minute changes or rush deadlines while maintaining quality standards. However, that same challenge makes the work exciting and rewarding. The most enjoyable part is seeing a project come together from design to delivery, and knowing that the finished product helps bring a customer’s vision to life. It’s satisfying to contribute to something creative and meaningful every day.
