Working at Rush Order Tees has been a really positive experience. The company has a great team atmosphere, and everyone—from management to production staff—works together to get the job done right. As a screen printer, I’ve had plenty of opportunities to grow my skills and take pride in producing high-quality work. The environment is fast-paced but supportive, and leadership is approachable and open to feedback.

Cons

Like any production environment, some days can be hectic, especially during busy seasons, but the team always pulls together to meet deadlines.
