Pros

Rush Order Tees is a really good place to work. The environment is super chill and there’s not a lot of hassle — just come in, do your job, and everyone gets along. The location’s easy to get to, and the vibe overall is relaxed and friendly. It’s a nice spot if you want steady work without all the stress.

Cons

Even though it's a relaxed environment some times stress comes from the top, down, giving the employees unnecessary headaches.

Pros

Working as a screen printer at Rush Order Tees has been really great. The team is cool and everyone helps each other out, which makes the fast pace a lot easier. I’ve learned a lot about printing and getting shirts to look right, and it feels good seeing the finished product. Management is pretty easy to talk to and actually listens when you have ideas or problems. It can get busy, but it’s rewarding work and I feel proud of what I do. Overall, it’s a solid job and a good place to learn and grow.

Cons

Pros

Great team vibe – People are friendly, collaborative, and genuinely want to get things done. A lot of ownership – As a PM, you actually have a voice in how projects are run, which is refreshing. Leadership is accessible – You can get face time with decision-makers pretty easily, which helps keep projects moving. Strong culture of accountability – Most people care about doing good work and taking responsibility.

Cons

Priorities can shift fast as the company is always growing so you need to be able to pivot
