I have worked at Printfly/RushOrderTees since March 2017. After being hired to do one job, management gave me the opportunity to grow and learn other roles at the company. They provide you with the resources and tools be successful and to carve out your own path for the future. Everyone is super friendly and easy to work with. You can tell management cares about it's employees by looking at the constant improvements they do to the building. Breakout rooms, game rooms, a huge patio outback for employees to relax on break, fun work events and happy hours. I really couldn't ask for anything more. It's fun working for a company that is constantly growing and pushing one another to be better. I'm excited for what's to come in the future!

Cons

With every growing company - there are a lot of changes to process and workflow. Not necessarily a bad thing - but its good to be prepared to work in a fast paced environment where things can change any minute. (love it)..
