Easy, mindless, non-creative work. On site snack/lunch market.

Cons

Run their employees ragged. No fixed schedule, guilted and punished for not being able to do overtime. Ceo is deaf to employee needs and recomendations and lets "consultants" run his business. Little to no promotion from within, outside hires have ruined anything good they had. Repeatedly told you will be cross trained or trained for advancement and it never comes, when theres not enough work you will be sent home. Think pizza parties can fix morale. This place opperates like a headless chicken. They make promises and then say they never said that. Employees are belittled and managers can get away with disgusting behaviour due to the heavy favortism that runs deep at Rush Order Tees.
