Simply relocated and the location wasn’t convenient for me. It was a tough decision.

You learn about the screen printing process.

Cons

Warehouse temperature was what ever was outside. I basically stood at the end of a belt checking for errors in print. A mind numbing position.

Pros

Fast paced environment if you're into that sort of thing, very casual dress code.

Cons

The owners rarely agree on anything, so it's a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation a lot. High turnover. The environment is unprofessional, resembles a sweat shop. The owners do not appreciate their employees, they are a dime a dozen and are quick to let go of people. They do not offer benefits. Most of the employees start off at minimum wage or below the industry average.
