Pros

Remote, great training, great people, a company who values their employees. Hours are good. Overtime opportunities. Great work life balance, benefits, PTO. Management is attentive, understanding, and they KNOW how to onboard employees remotely.

Cons

I have nothing. Except if you're looking to do graphic design, this is NOT a design position. More along the lines of file set up for printing.

Printfly and RushOrderTees have provide a fun, hard working, and motivational work environment. It's exciting being a part of a company where everyone is on the same page and working together. From the top down, everyone has been extremely accepting with the companies and my best interests in mind. I have been given the opportunity to accept more responsibility and take on new roles consistently over the last five years. Management's "open door" policy is a breath of fresh air compared to other jobs in the past. There are a ton of great work events and the building and other people who work there make you feel like home.

Cons

Every day is a new adventure. I wouldn't say it's a con for me personally, but sometimes people struggle with the fast paced multi-tasking that's required at work each day.
