Long time employee, it's really been great to see the company grow! The company makes goes to great lengths to make sure that everyone is seen, heard and appreciated.

Cons

The commute can be a bit of a drag sometimes depending on the traffic, but nothing can be done about that.

Since starting here the company has grown both in terms of revenue, employees, and culturally and continues to improve. Professional and career development is there for you if you work hard and go for it. Formed close bonds with my coworkers, working as a team, great people to work with make it out here.

Covid has gotten in the path of company culture growth with split between remote work and in person Growth can lead to stress if you're not prepared
