Pros
Even when you are new and come on board, the whole production staff makes you feel like family. You learn fast and the managers and leads want to see you grow quick. It feels good to see that the company cares about your personal growth. I learned fast and learned new skills in something I am very passionate about. The company looked out for us during shut down during covid even though I wasn't here for longer than just a couple years. Management does a good job of making you feel included and some of them have great sense of humors. My peers are now my friends. Coming to work each day and learning something new and seeing my work and being proud of it while everyone cheering eachother on makes the world of a difference in a company. They also take pride in their machinery and the warehouse is air condition which is awesome in the summer. A lot of experience screen printers recently got promotions and they deserve it and it's nice to see you can go places here.
Cons
More company related events would be nice. Employees who have been here a while said that company events probably slowed down due to covid but it be nice to do things as a whole company. More company related announcements talking about where the company as a whole is going would be nice.
