      Pros

      Love the people that work here. Easy pace job. Managing that understands and helps you when needed. The HR staff us wonderful full of help. Whenever I had a issue or a question they never hesitated to get right back to me.

      Cons

      Work schedule. Not sure On some days on what time I was getting out of work.

      Pros

      Casual working environment where no one is breathing down your neck. Everyone is really helpful. HR is really great and attentive to employees' needs and issues. As long as you keep your head down and focus on your work, it's pretty easy to grow with the company. They're pretty good about cross training in different departments in production if you talk to management about wanting to try something different as long as you're a hard worker and show them that you're competent.

      Cons

      The pay isn't great, but they offer so much overtime you could make it work. The staff has a tendency to get a little high school. There are people there who seem to pay more attention to what everyone else is doing than their own work, and the drama can get annoying, but if you keep your focus more on your work than them they'll mostly leave you alone.

      Lots of OT Good manager in EMB Little Market available to buy food onsite People leave free food and coffee in lunch rooms sometimes Nice coworkers Sometimes has prizes for games and stuff Giveaways at holiday party (like ipads or a cruise and stuff like that) Family like department Annual art show If screenprint hits their goals all of production gets bonus Benefits Free life insurance Mike Nemeroff is a good and friendly CEO

      Cons

      Forced OT in EMB (lots of 50+hr weeks and that's the paid part so you are here 60+ hrs.) If someone's being slow expect to be at work longer it's a team... slow people will keep you here. If you can jump on with em, so you can go home
