However, we would like to know more about your position of low commission. We strive to provide competitive pay within our industry and offer other great benefits as further perks for working for RC! We constantly our reviewing and changing our compensation packages to more align with all of our employees wants and needs. We always look for ways to improve our benefits like adding Aflac in 2020 and keeping the same consistent rates for the last three years. Our company always tries to put our had working employees first and appreciate the hard work they do for us on a daily basis. We are sorry it did not pan out for you the way you would have liked. Hello, we thank you for your review at this time. We’re happy that you enjoyed your time with your team but we’re sad to hear about your issues with your leadership while employed with our company. One of our core values is ‘Team’ and we always put our staff first and try and offer the best environment for the team to not only enjoy but flourish in. We have multiple avenues for employees to utilize when there is an issue with management. If you did have any issues with your leadership, you could have contacted our Employee Services Department who helps oversee and facilitate internal issues that may arise. Sadly, due to COV-19 we did suffer from lower sales, as did many companies, and as a result we had to close many of our doors and reduce our staffing count at others. We are planning on making a full recovery and are in the process of opening new locations this year. We thank you again for your review.
