Pros

The free fruit offered to employees is very nice and a healthy way to make your breakfast and lunch healthier. The administrative staff is very helpful and always welcoming.

Cons

The RSGUM and RSG Accounting departments are not for top performers. If you are looking to grow your knowledge, be challenged, and grow professionally, an accounting role at RSGUM or RSG is not for you. The RSGUM and RSG Accounting departments are for people who never want challenging work. You will be given many tasks that are easy to accomplish, and you will quickly get bored. Passion for your work and working to improve processes is stifled at every turn and you will be told to put your ideas aside and focus simply on the easy tasks given. Development is about opportunities to expand skillsets and translate those skills into new opportunities. RSGUM and RSG will not provide you any development opportunities. RSGUM and RSG Accounting leadership also show no appreciation for your work. After 6 months, you will be turned off as you come to realize RSGUM and RSG Accounting leadership doesn't ever say hello to you or talk to you directly. RSGUM and RSG Accounting leadership will not show any appreciation for your work. If you are a top performer prepare yourself well. RSGUM and RSG Accounting departments are very frustrating for a top performer because you will consistently be given extra work because co-workers weren’t able to complete it and are never held accountable for completeness or accuracy. The RSGUM and RSG Accounting departments take employees, especially top talent, for granted. I would highly recommend you avoid joining the RSGUM or RSG Accounting department. Do yourself and your career a favor and choose a different company to grow and advance your skillsets.

Pros

Nice co-workers although there is a lot of turn over. Nice Christmas party and beer cart is available when goal is met.

Cons

Low pay and terrible management. Much work is outsourced to avoid paying employees what they are worth. Recently making up American names for the outsourced Indian employees which is deceitful and unethical. Especially since the outsourced employees don't do a good job. A lot of turn over with employees. Employees are constantly resigning.

Pros

Good benefits. Decent at home equipment supplied to employees.

Cons

This company does not care about their employees as their priorities are elsewhere. To them you are simply another asset. Do not expect to have suggestions heard, do not expect your interests or values to be of any importance to them. A fast growing company that is only interested in gobbling up their competition via non-stop acquisitions without a passing thought given to establishing any sort of positive company culture, cohesion, or values. Even if you don't mind that kind of company culture you can easily find another company who will pay you more to treat you that way. There is a reason employee turnover so high.
