In CORP (SMB) it's horrible. Very immature. If Enterprise (5000+) more mature, more support.

Money. They paid me well over 200K

Cons

When I resigned, they cut me on the spot. No more insurance, nothing. Don't work for Corp. Stick to enterprise or nothing at all. Much of the middle management has no formal education or credentials. Just a bunch of lucky guys who made a big sale and got rewarded with a manager title. Truth is, they won't admit this in public, they have NO IDEA what they are selling... They just want to make a sell. No matter what. Very very very white, very very very male. Many inappropriate jokes (regarding minorities).

I wish I had some pros to write about but I don’t.

Cons

Micromanaging, favoritism. Cattiness. No work flexibility, No work balance, low pay. My manager was very condescending and basically not a great manager.

To be honest I’m not sure there are any. They are good and selling their employees on how awesome they are but you see through that very quickly

Cons

As part of the ASG org it was hands down the biggest disaster I have ever seen. Leadership was garbage with almost zero processes and the processes they have they make up as they go. SHI provides no value add to its customers other than high billing rates and bad customer service. When I seen the good reviews and their positions I started laughing because it’s obvious they are either fake or a young kid that doesn’t know right from wrong. They say they pride themselves on finding and retaining talent but that’s just telling people what they want to hear. There is a lot of companies out there that do what we do on a way higher level with a better product.
