Pros

wellness program (while i was there at least) casual can gain necessary experience

Cons

-Incestuous work environment leads to drama in the work place -Micromanaging and cattiness by managers -Deceiving job titles: Sales Enablement Specialist that had absolutely nothing to do with sales. More of a Data Analyst Role at half the average data analyst salary - you will end up "wearing many hats" and you will NOT be awarded for your dedication come end of year/salary increase time -HR Department is a JOKE

Thanks for providing your feedback. Although your advice to management was to provide “Clarity,” your description of the day-to-day activity of a Sales Enablement position is crystal clear. A large part of the success of SHI’s account teams comes from the “behind-the-scenes” work done by the employees of SHI’s various Sales Enablement teams - and those members can wear many hats. Whether it is assisting customers through a software volume licensing consultation, analyzing purchasing history to identify new cost-savings opportunities or conceiving, proposing and delivering trainings, SHI’s Sales Enablement positions play a key role in ensuring SHI’s customers are supported by the IT industry’s most efficient, knowledgeable and valuable account teams, every single day.

Pros

When the company had structure, it was great, but after the lay-offs almost a year ago, it went downhill.

Cons

I was originally hired as a remote employee. Rejected another Job offer due to the remote work. They changed it a year later to come into office. Fired me due to my inability to come in, No severance or anything.
