Cons

Owner leads from well behind, very absent to employees. Senior and executive leadership points fingers and does not have accountability. Toxic environment and people are constantly thrown under the bus. The culture is terrible and burnout rate is EXTREMELY high.

Good job if you're looking for something ASAP

Cons

The micromanaging here is absurd. Upper management doesn't properly explain anything and teams are constantly shuffling because so many people choose to leave; it is embarrassing when a team can't even retain its members and undervalues the work they put in. The base salary is also low. Waking up and working here every day is stressful and unrewarding, especially when you're a part of a team that is poorly managed. I would not recommend working here long term.
