Worse company I have worked for in as an IT Project Manager

None. They don’t care about much.

Cons

The leadership and other employees are very ignorant on how to handle their own IT Infrastructure. Which makes me wonder how they are “consulting” other companies on their tech solutions. Unless you’ve worked at SHI for 20 years, you will be treated like garbage. They have terrible leadership to boot who always use favoritism within their company. They say they are a multi billion dollar company but since they are private, they don’t have to disclose any of this. I don’t believe they are a multibillion dollar company. They have inferior tech. Month one of me working there, they had a huge data breach and no disaster recovery plan! There is nothing good I can say about this company. Beware before you take a job here.

People I worked with was the only pro about this job. Bonded over how much we were underpaid and overworked. Harassed by management and no action was taken. They higher from the outside in, when they don’t care about employees on the inside. Both managers had 0 clue what they were doing and did not do any work, while all of us got no pay to work like slaves. STAY AWAY!!

Toxic frat culture Poor diversity in leadership and promotions Very low pay and gaslighting of employees who ask for fair compensation Barely functional systems and refusal by leaders to invest in real improvement Threadbare family leave policies Inept leaders in positions of power who refuse to acknowledge that the industry has changed Rampant favoritism in account assignment and promotions Owner is literal billionaire who is fine paying employees poverty wages and is allergic to spending money on updating infrastructure
