Business Outlook
Pros
The employees at SRS are great people. Some of the smartest people and most wonderful teams to work with. The people are the only reason to work at SRS.
Cons
The cons would include the nepotism by the owner, HR is there for show only since the highest level in the department is the owners wife, knee jerk reactions to client and software issues, and upper management has taken a turn for the worse since new exec management has been brought in. The company is breeding out the culture it had, getting rid of the open door policy it once embraced as well as making new (and old) employees feel like part of the SRS family. Business practices are becoming more shady and the culture of every man for himself is becoming the way of business.
