Nice company to work for but keep options open
Pros
The have weekly updates on company through scheduled conference calls. They have one of the best products for document management. They have an excellent reputation in market. Key market focus on: orthopaedics, cardio, ophthalmology, dermatology, and OB-GYN. Very good initial training program. They provide constant updates on government regulatory issues and timelines. They conduct annual "User Summits" for clients. Quarterly or 3 times per year provide formal sales training. Training meetings are very informative and real world issues are addressed.
Cons
No formal review process in place. Limited solution for EMR. Very costly to interface with practice management systems. Need cooperation of various other vendors to sucessfully implement solution. Limited installs outside of the East coast.
