Pros
SRS is a great company to work for. I knew even during the hiring process that SRS was a great company. They made the interview and hiring process so comfortable and stress-free. Since then, I have felt at home with my SRS family. I've never worked with so many dedicated, eager-to-please (ETP) colleagues. It's refreshing and energizing to work around such talented, devoted individuals. Management is also very committed to rewarding a job well done. To know that the company you work for is committed to growth and recognition is very motivating! It's probably why we have so many ETPs!!!
Cons
I would second what others have already said about the growth. Although a good problem to have, with growth there are things that need to be addressed but management is fully aware and have been working hard to put practices in place to avoid any additional "growing pains". Great job all!
