Departments have great co-workers to work with. The people are great. The product itself is top-notch and innovative

Cons

Work-life balance has gotten quite bad over the years depending upon the department you are employed in. Pay-scale is pretty much in line with the industry. New investors came into the company which totally changed the perception and stress level of the employees. The investment company is not highly regarded as this appeared to be the trigger-point which changed everything.

One of the most refreshing things about SRS is the amount of trust and faith they put in their employees. From day 1, they empower you and give you enough “space” to do what you do best. And when you do happen to need guidance or support, there’s always someone willing to lend a hand or point you in the right direction. Striking the balance between giving employees autonomy and making sure they’re on the right track can be very difficult and here it seems to be effortless. Managers are also very quick to recognize your accomplishments.

Cons

SRS is growing very quickly and whenever there is rapid growth there are growing pains. But growing pains are good pains! They simply point to a future filled with greater opportunities for professional development.
