Pros

SRS has a number of redeeming qualities. First and foremost, the highly social open door culture of the company creates an office environment that is exciting to be a part of. Recognition is important for any professional and it flows at SRS. Employees who excel at what they do are consistently recognized and rewarded for their efforts. Finally, complacency is never part of the equation. The product and processes around it are constantly evolving and improving. This helps employees stay engaged at all times. There truly is never a dull moment at SRS.

Cons

Like any company, SRS occasionally faces challenging situations. None of these challenges truly diminish the working experience.

Pros

Great company! I've been at SRS almost for 5 years and each day is an exciting work day. Almost everyday I learn something new. The managers are nice, caring, supportive and eager to teach. ETP (Eager to please) is the culture here in SRS. This is not just 'eager to please' the clients, but the company is eager to please the employees as well. They believe a happy employee is a productive employee. I love working at SRS.

Cons

There is nothing significant to note here. The usual growing pain of any growing company. But efforts are being made each day to address these issues.

Pros

The channels of communication are wide open with all levels. I can walk into the COO's office and an Administrative Assistant can walk into my office without issue to discuss any pending matters. The company listens to their staff and is constantly commending outstanding behavior publicly, while handling problems privately (as it should be). There is room for growth as long as you work for it. In my position, I have the added benefit of meeting new people through the project management process and visiting different parts of the country (which I've always wanted to do). If you hate doing the same task over and over, this company provides a fast paced and dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Also, good compensation based on performance not some predetermined ceiling.

Cons

As with any company with very rapid growth, there is room for improvement in some areas. However, I see the effort being made to correct issues as they arise, so no "deal breaker" cons.
