Srssoft is a great company to work for with many benefits, great people, and wonderful atmosphere.

Cons

I really don't think that there was a downside. They are a fantastic company with a great product.

Pros

You can work from home sometimes. Great Salary and the people that I work with were nice. The training process was great in which you will learn a lot which helps in performing the job.

Cons

I felt that this company had too many layoffs and I feared that I would be laid off, eventually I was.

Unfortunately, this difficult time for our industry forced us to make some very difficult decisions, including laying off some of the great people for whom our company is known. However, we are implementing process improvements including cross-functional training that help us scale to handle business volume changes, so they do not necessitate tough decisions. Great company, just going through some major changes at this time

Great benefits, time off, work-life balance.

Cons

Just underwent major management changes. The CEO who founded the company based on great customer service has left / sold in order to pursue other avenues. Not sure where the company is headed. Layoffs.
