SRS is a group of amazing people who are beyond dedicated to preparing our clients for the future, and to earning their trust and satisfaction, by creating innovative products and services. I joined the company 3 years ago because of this over-the-top enthusiasm for client satisfaction and we still have that today. Everything we do is guided by that one principle and I like that.

Cons

There has been a lot of change since the founder sold the company, but in my experience that is par for the course. In previous companies I have experienced many of the same changes (like people leaving), but for some reason it took longer for them to happen here.
