      Favoritism by upper management Unorganized High hiring goals Management gives no constructive solutions Quick to point out minor mistakes even with low margin of error People you train promoted before you Pay needs to be increased Always short-staffed Little to no training

      Easy but can be stressfull

      Pros

      Good co-workers, easy job, 2 breakrooms with snacks, 1 quiet breakroom. Free ice and filtered water. Some good supervisors. clean workplace.

      Cons

      Stressful, You get cussed out by customers often. Sundays no insurance companies are open so youre limited to the help you can provide, hard to find supervisors at times, some are not helpful or friendly

      Hours were very inconsistent. Poor bonus plan.
