      The company has a lot of smart, dedicated people focused on the customer experience.

      Cons

      Safelite leaders talk about being inclusive, but they need to make improvements with diversity. The company has very few people of color in leadership roles. Within its current growth trajectory, the company should focus on attracting more people with different skills and backgrounds to strengthen its culture and broaden creative ideation.
