Pros

I advanced quickly and produced exceptional KPIs. I got to build and lead a great staff of kind and hardworking people. This is a good career builder but don’t let them take advantage of you or stay too long.

Cons

Easily the senior leadership. At first I thought it was me, or maybe just a few bad experiences. However after time it seems our leader didn’t live the values he asked us to live and his staff increasingly became like him. A culture of blaming and covering up instead of integrity and leadership. Ultimately what pushed me out the door was unequal opportunities, and wow was I rewarded when I moved on. I love my new company and am recognized for what I do. It sadly took a few months to get used to that feeling after working so long in that environment, but a good sign I made the right decision. Expect to pay more for less in medical coverage than a typical company in this area.

Pros

A great workplace, great people to work with. The pay is great for not much training and they give bonuses based on jobs completed and customer satisfaction.

Cons

You have to get used to customers ' not being happy sometimes even if you did all you can to please them. Sometimes they will give you a bad review for something that isn't your fault and it will directly affect your bonuses if your score is too low.

weekly pay is the only good thing about this company

As a manager the pay is EXTREMELY low and they push you to work 60 hours weekly, especially in the Summer it is ridiculous. Your constantly ridiculed and your hard work is never good enough.even when you are hitting your goals it is never good enough, because there will be another area they will complain about. I worked so many hours in the summer 1 time that i turned into a terrible parent and terrible husband because when i was home i was either stressed, extremely tired, or in a bad mood. I had so many problems in my home because i was being pushed, stressed, taken advantage of, over worked and never appreciated at my job and it was impossible for me not to bring this home.They have something called work life balance.. that is a lie.. they care nothing about your outside life.. but i am thankful for my experience at Safelite because it taught me what it felt like to work for a company that does not appreciation your hard work, sweat, and tears..my safelite experience helped me really appreciate the company i work for now.. That was my worst experience in management
