Pros

Very easy, during busy season a lot of extra hours to pick up, lenient with attendance policy, you get bonuses every 3 months if we meet the quota, pays good.

Cons

It is repetitive, sometimes boring, the managers are not always helpful/generous/kind, but most of them are, sometimes they don't give you important days off (I was graduating from OSU and they didn't give me the day off). Referral CSR's do not get their own desks while other departments do. I've tried to move up several times within the company to no avail; they kept saying they'll allow me to shadow departments but it never happens.

Pros

Good Benefits 401K (.25% match for first 5 years)(.55% after 5) Family oriented events Monthly bonus

Cons

Juvenile "point system" High turnover Horrible management No work life balance. This company does not care if you're dying or stuck in a wreck. You are getting pointed out. A guy had a stoke at the company and was sent to the hospital and still received a "point" for his stay in the hospital. Very hot in the summer especially 2 stories in the air Very Cold in the winter (This makes no sense considering more glass breaks in the summer due to tension. More money is wasted. AC would be cheaper) Management. Many of those supervisors do not know what is going on most days. Hours. You work massive OT in the summer and barely make 32 in the winter. 401K. Everything is invested and you continue to lose money. Also, its a pain to take out. Yearly raises are a joke. Advancement is almost nonexistent Learning new skills does not get you the promised advancement raises FAULTY AND UNSAFE equipment. I was made to use a cherry picker that was tagged out because they didnt have enough equipment for all employees because at least 3 cherry pickers are broken down. Not enough female employees. Uniforms are catered to men. No OSHA training for equipment

Pros

Air conditioning and in Arizona that's cool. Some decent food in the break room. Nice tvs in the break area too so..........

Cons

Lousy commission scale, terrible job coaches. What they encourage you to do in training could get you fired on the floor. Coaches only get bonuses if their team hits their goals,so they are always on your back demanding better performances.
