I was made to use a cherry picker that was tagged out because they didnt have enough equipment for all employees because at least 3 cherry pickers are broken down. Not enough female employees. Uniforms are catered to men. No OSHA training for equipment

Lousy commission scale,terrible job coaches. What they encourage you to do in training could get you fired on the floor. Coaches only get bonuses if their team hits their goals,so they are always on your back demanding better performances.
