Pros
Im going to be completely honest, this company has no structure. If you are a recent college grad looking to get your foot in the door don't be shocked that this company will hire you, overwork you, and underpay you. Yes, you'll be promised an associate project manager position that allows you to work your way up to a project manager title and senior project management title. You will have ALOT of responsibility, including direct communication with the different teams (recruiters and administrative team) and with the client. You may find yourself interested in some of the studies you are managing, specifically if you like the consumer brand or medical brand. You can work from home occasionally.
Cons
Most of those recruiters/admin/ upper management will be completely rude to you when you are new and not answer the absurd amount of questions you will have due to lack of training. There will be a handful of clients who will find the easiest way to belittle you and throw all of their stress onto you. The turnover rate is absurd. THIS JOB IS STRESSFUL, YOU WILL BE OVERWHELMED.
