This is a great company with great benefits. The company is growing so there is plenty of room for advancement. You get perks like discounts at all of the properties as well as several employee engagement activities throughout the year.

Cons

I have been working for the company for over 2 years and have not found a downside to working here yet.

Pros

Great benefits, pay and management. I've worked at several hotels and resorts over the years and I've never experienced such a great management team. The GM is extremely involved with the day to day operation. There are great employee recognition programs, parties, $3 daily meals and room to grow! Internal growth is encouraged and that includes opportunities at other properties.

Cons

Hours can be long, but that is the nature of the business! If you love hospitality, you don't mind the hours.

Best place I’ve ever worked the management team is engaged with the employees and jumps in to help whenever needed. Great pay and benefits. The Director of Engineering steps in to help all the departments he’s great.

Cons

The drive to work is a little long
