First one of the cons, is reading the negative reviews on this site that don't provide a realistic view of the company. You work at a fast paced SaaS startup, where unless you change, adapt or succeed - you disappear as a company.
Some of the people that don't have that spirit don't make it, then complain and blame others.
The CEO is challenging to work with (I don't work directly, but I have heard) however, he is just like any of the other founder/CEO's out there - they demand the best from everyone on their team, and why shouldn't they - its their baby that we have the privilege to work on. The way I see it is, if our CEO was not good at what he did, then we certainly wouldn't be the amazing place we are today.
If you can't /don't know how to work with an entrepreneurial CEO, then you probably shouldn't - but don't complain.
Communication can use work, however I know that management is trying their hardest to give us as much info as they can in an ever changing environment.
