We echo your sentiments regarding the Engineering team - they truly are a talented team. We wish your experience on the Sales team had been more positive, and we'd like to take this opportunity to address some of the points that you made. As a company, we are proactively taking steps to be transparent regarding the direction we are going. Our leadership team has begun hosting regular town hall meetings which allows our executives to present our strategy, plan, and focus to the entire organization. During our last gathering, the Sales and Product teams presented an hour of insight into our strategy behind becoming the leader in the ITSM space, all the way through 2019. We are an agile industry that at times requires pivots in our strategic direction. When these types of changes are made, they're meant to point us in a better direction and improve the company as a whole. We strive to have compensation and incentive programs in place that motivate and inspire our sales team to do their best work, and we will continue to improve on those programs as we evolve together as an organization.
