- Lots of opportunities for growth and development - Compelling mission, AI industry is at a really exciting stage - There are some talented and supportive people within the company

- Not a "people-first" company, those in management and leadership positions are often disrespectful and belittling to those in lower-level positions - Very toxic work environment in terms of expectations, resourcing, burnout - Confusing, demotivating, and highly unethical leadership team - Major lack of diversity and inclusion

Great space to be in and understand the inner workings of AI

- Management politics with people not getting along with each other - Constant change of team, work, managers and peers which creates unnecessary stress - No boundaries of hours - meetings can show up late in the evening, on weekends. No one will bother to check if that works for you. You need to apologize if you cannot reply on Saturday at 9am. - Work hard and no acknowledgement - No clarity in direction from upper management - Just do a lot of work without thought, quality, or focus
