Pros
Some people know what they are doing and they are good to work with. Yet they depart when they reach the vesting cliff. If you are good at bsing about tech that you know little about, you will do very well in this company.
Cons
Ex scale ppl seem embarrassed to admit that they worked here. People who work in the ML space also seem to have a low opinion of this company. The company has been working on ML products for a while to move away from its reputation as a data labeler, but that hasn't happened yet. This company hasn't built any tech likely because the engineering org is run by a fired vp from another co whose survival strategy is either actively avoiding discussing anything technical or staff turnover. There's a lot of nonsense going on here.
