      Very cliquey environment, no support, no disciplinary action

      Pros

      The discount was the best part.

      Cons

      Leadership will never take appropriate action to correct employees who don’t do their jobs. The environment is very petty and full of cliques, including leadership. They say they’re all about culture, but it’s a joke. Pay was meh.

      Cons

      If you like to be a part of a good old boys club, where people make it up as they go along, then it's the place for you. No training manuals. no policy manual. If you like having your hands held behind your back, and then get chewed out for not doing your job.

      Horrible ASL’s

      Discount, discount and discount. And probably the discount.

      Cons

      The ASL’s are sexist and the male ASL’s only talk to the young, super attractive sales associates. The ASLs are rude and fake. They don’t care about the people they work with and only care about the people they are sleeping with.
