      Good, but changing for worse

      Pros

      Second to none benefits, cheap health insurance, smartest people in the industry. Lots of people to learn from, tons of room for individual growth. Fantastic for people looking to spread their wings in the cybersecurity space. If you are someone who goes above and beyond, you'll be recognized and treated as such.

      Cons

      Feels like we're at the end of our growth phase, and are now into the squeeze phase. Over-emphasis on efficiency has lead to some changes which don't really make sense -- it feels like two steps backwards with not a single step forward. These decisions feel tone deaf. Additionally, getting new hires approved is difficult. Hiring is reactive and not proactive, leading to management burden. Compensation used to track with the industry, but it hasn't for the last 2 years. We have a ton of amazing people, but they're being underpaid and over-leveraged for their compensation.

      - Amazing PTO and time off - Love my manager and team - Good work/life balance for my role - Transparent leadership team

      I know some roles vary in work/life balance so it will depend on your department/team, level and role.
