Pros

Decent Benefits (great 401k match, vacation). Work from home / Hybrid.

Cons

Training received was not adequate to preform job duties, and was expected to be completed on your own outside of working hours. Different set of expectations when working cross region. One of their core values is "people come first", but it really means put others before yourself. I was forced to work long hours, compromising my mental health.

Benefits and pay are the only good things

Cons

No culture. Whole company is remote minus few satellite stations. No interest in learning about employees. They pay you to stay and are all about saving face. Co-workers must save face to move up. Have to call out other co-workers to show how good you are. If you want to have benefits, give them a chance, nothing in place outside of benefits. Company doesn’t care about you and practices are single minded

Pros

Truly a team-oriented environment across all levels. Compensation is top notch, and benefits are even better. Growth is encouraged and fostered along with a solid mentorship program.

Cons

It is challenging to keep up with client demand/growth as it relates to recruiting since Schellman only hires experienced candidates with requisite experience. This limits the pool but in the end provides stronger team members.
