Last year, we had a record number of promotions within the broader company, and between company gifts, our employee break for the holidays, and communications from our executive team, we really hope you felt how much our organization values you and how critical you are to our success. All of those things are considered as an important investment in our people—they represent big pillars of the culture here at Schellman, where we are trying to create a great workplace for employees. Of course, we’re always looking to improve how we compensate and reward talented people.
