Authentic care, I've heard others use the word "special" and I have to agree, there is something uniquely special and caring about this place. The CEO cares about the staff as people. Leadership cares about the success of the business because it's in the best interest of the employees, and they care about the success of the employees because it's in the best interest of the business. Competitive pay, superb benefits, BEST 401k I've seen, generous PTO/time off package I count myself privileged to work here and wouldn't go anywhere else.
