      Disingenuous Company

      Pros

      Small does not have the bureaucracy of a large firm. The ESOP is good.

      Cons

      Upper management does not know how to run a company. The business units do not seem to help each other. Too many people in upper management have spent their entire career at Schnabel and therefore don't know how other firms work in context of project management , QA/QC process and just bringing a perspective of how other firms work.

      9 years exceeding expextations then they just didn't like anything about me amymore.

      Pros

      Benefits, the comrodary, and dedication of fellow coworks.

      Cons

      The travel time, the poor time management from upper management down to admin to create reports to have to stay late to ensure they went sent to the client before the end of the day.
