      Used to love this company - but concerned for the future.

      Pros

      Pay is pretty good, ESOP is great, having access to a health insurance policy is important. Lots of free lunches.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is always a challenge. Need to live for the job. Culture is also changing, so appreciation for the work and respect toward employees is less than it was.

      Upper management is changing culture and old fashioned. There is no trust in employees, there is too much micromanaging.
